The textile industry, particularly fast fashion, is linked to numerous environmental, humanitarian, and economic issues. Fast fashion prioritizes rapid trend turnover, resulting in garments produced in overseas factories with low wages and benefits for workers. This excessive production contributes to vast amounts of textile waste, including unworn items. As a fashion enthusiast with climate concerns and limited finances, I've embraced alternative wardrobe regeneration methods and hope to inspire others to do the same.
